SUPER PAPER MARIO



It's a new wii game bub and i saw and got!

heehe, its the super mario version for the wii, and its got 3d and 2d in it! so its kinda weird and funky coz its a different concept! havent really played much of it, one, no time, two, i havent been over to bubs place coz my mum is here, so im kinda *grounded* in a sense that i cant leave her alone, like so shes not alone, well, u know what i mean.... kinda, i hope....

so yeah.... POOOOOOOO.....

but yeah, its a COOL game and we're both suckers for mario!!!!

WONGAN HILLS! woot wooooot, not! well, here are the "babies" haahaa, more like toddler stage, of the trials.... you can see the different kinds they have, colour, height.... we were doing scorings, which is pretty much walk along it with a PDA and recording how its going, maturity, if the heads are out, still in the boot, or flowering, how far its flowering, any seed development raaaa raaa raaaa and it goes ON!

so YES, that is what is part of my job.....

The Mussel Bar

Bub and I hadnt been out for a proper proper din din dining together in one or two months....cant remember, but thats why its been a while! so we decided on going to the mussel bar in freo!

its was a casual thing, because went to visit nat after for her bday!

but yeah, the staff were good, they were friendly and prompt with service, the food came out quick, which is GOOD, but then they werent REALLY busy but had perhaps... 80% of tables filled.... so yeah, i still thought it was nice! not too noisy, like not alot of people to make so much racket! and u get a nice night view of the water and u can see cicerellos too!

i ordered a japanese slipper



it was nice with midori! and good thing a cocktail, coz its not a big glass and i could manage it all down!

we ordered a tasting plate to share, reallllly nice, and for the mains, we shared lamb rack (was ALOT, dont think i could eat all that meat on my own) and a main of mussels that were garlic and white wine! i think the white wine was WAY too strong for my liking... but we tried it! next time, a different flavour! AND also chunky homemade chips! YUM!

when my mum recently got back from singgers, she got these biscuits i LOVE!!! always had them when i was a kid when i went back to singapore... called baby balls! haahaa no no, baby ball cookies! or egg boro biscuits!!! they do sell them here but they aint as nice!!! this is like the BEST brand.... only the japanese ones are the best...... i think its coz they are sweet and melt in your mouth!!! *drool*



and lastly....

monday.... PUBLIC holiday!!!

went to...the ROYAL SHOW!!!

might give it a miss next year... same ol', but we still had fun! this time, no piccies of animals, we went on the ferris wheel, ummm.... ate other food and it was great!!!



Moving matters aside and blabbering... for those who dont know, ive got a new job!!!! YAAAAY! HOORAAA HOOOO RAAA!

finally huh?

and after application after application, it was through a friend, no application or interview.... i got a job! and its RELATED TO MY DEGREEE!! ITS PRIVATE AAAND ITS IN THE CITY!!! but i STILL get to travel around WA for work!!!

its so awesome! or at least the thought of it is... like i've always wanted to work in the city, just coz its the city, easy for me with the train, no worries about car parking, food is good in the city, most of my friends are based in the city....

so yeah, in a way its good, coz im not stuck there either, i get to go around, bush bashing, identifying plants, trapping animals and ID-ing them.... stuff i DID at uni!!!!!!!!

so yeah, im really pumped abt it!!!

but yeah, i had to resign, which to me is REALLY hard, im not the kinda person who makes it an easy job, its like i think about all these things... argh, but yeah, i mean i feel bad, BUT not enough for me to stay! its bad coz they need people but yeah, i mean if i didnt go to uni, sure i'll work, but these days, theres just a shortage of workers everywhere.....

oh wells.... you have to lookout for yourself first.....

so yeah.... but i work with alot of "oldies" and i mean it.... pretty much all of them are like 40+ and a bigger percentage of that are like 60+.... so yeah... dunno dont want to think about it!
