on the packaging it has a really ugly looking chick (as in chicken chick) yellow in colour with orange circles on its cheeks. and it is surrounded by a red ring. and it has a speech cloud that says (in hiragana) "Oishisa Ippai!" In katakana, the brand is called "Iwamoto" and the title says "Tamago Booro".

It is my favourite childhood snack from singapore.... made in japan. this packet i have is 90g EGG BALL (biscuit) Ingredident: potato starch, sugar, egg, lactose, powered milk, carotene colour.

it taste soooo good....

to me, they look like little mini buns, coz they even have the lightly brown top that makes it look toasted!

they melt in your mouth.... *drooool*

i grab a handful and toss them into my mouth... luxury...

only reason i get to experience such luxury is because my sis brought them back when she went on her euro trip and stopped by good ol' singgers....

she asked if i wanted anything.... no.... wait! food.... lol snacks *droool*

im a sucker for prawn crackers by the brand calbee.... they have other flavours other than original! they have barbeque, pepper, spicy... mmm...

anyway, random blog, with its only purpose being my source of procrastination... im studying for a mid-sem on monday, so while everyone enjoys their long weekend, *sigh* i have a test :(

anyway...

i had a thought... coz i was reading a friends blog, and shes a high school friend, pretty sure she doesnt read my blog, i've just always had the link to her blog. anyway, havent contacted her in a while, she was just a friend, not really a close one, and well, its strange that some people can just poor out a whole lot of crap into their blog. not crap crap, but seems like serious issues.... i guess its just to vent out her feelings....

anyway, she's going through a rough period in her life (or so i assume) and i think her relationship with her bf of like 2 years or so is totally breaking down.... and she's pretty depressed and her friend at work back stabbed her.... i dunno, i was just reading, and i cant help but read it, coz its like a drama series, u just want to know what happens. anyway, they've travelled overseas together, dun heaps of stuff, i know she's obsessed with shopping, and had admitted on her blog, that she had a credit card debt of like $3000, and when i read that i was like HOLY ****.... but then she did end up paying it off (i bet with interest).... yeah... and now with this depressing point in her life, she seems to have lost the plot and she keeps making herself sound like a victim, coz no one loves her or something something like that.... drama....

i dont think people should blame themselves so harshly... give yourself some credit for being human.... she's not very positive... and bagging a situation even more than what it needs isnt really necessary....

*sigh*

sometimes, people just have to help themselves.... tradgic really... kinda makes me think abt my own life, and how i shouldnt be like that, coz it does make u miserable, and where does it get you? no where...

anyway...

changing the subject... i was playing around on my fone, looking at the calendar, coz i had thought the other day, what was the day i was born (checking on the comp, i was born on a tuesday).... anyway, just a random thought.... and it was WEIRD, coz my phone calendar only went back till 2000!!!! i was like HUH!? weird....

so then i was thinking, how far AHEAD will this calendar go??? so kept going.... looking at the year 2035... omg.... thats when i'll be FIFTY YEARS OLD!!! weird thought....kept going up 2045 (SIXTY!) 2055 (SEVENTY!!!) .....2085 (ONE HUNDRED) and u know where it stopped? 2088.... how absolutely WEIRD...

then it hit me...

holy crap.... just thinking abt 2035... i WILL BE FIFTY YEARS OLD..... and now we are in 2006..... hmmmm........ its just weird to think that time will go that fast.... and its kinda sad because i do feel sometimes that i really dont do what i'd like to do.... and well, you dont know how long your life will be...

yeah, one of those life realisation crazy thoughts...

but then... its also like... i wonder what the world would be like? seeing how it is today, we'd probably f#$k up the environment even before 2020 i reckon....

how sad....

well, we can only do so much....

I'M GOING TO THE ROYAL SHOW ON SUNDAY! heehee... im looking forward to that! especially coz i want to see all the funky animals.... i mean how often do u get to see cows??? haahaa, i still get amazed when i see them, coz they're so big!
