Im back im back... actually been back for a week already... wow how time flies!

so now i have a new brother! (in-law)

yup, my sister finally got married!!! strange thats its come and gone, like you anticipate it, but then once its over, it just seems like it went by so quick!

and of course our short trip!!!

basically, i wasnt really looking forward THAT much for my sisters wedding (perhaps coz it was the obligation that i had to be a bridesmaid.... i've never given it much thought abt being a brides maid, i guess its one of those things that dont cross my mind!)

anyway, so the weeks leading to the wedding and then the singapore trip, i was definitely looking forward to just having a break! and of course going to singapore + m'sia since i havent been overseas in like 4 years!

to me, 4 yrs is a while, or at least its a while when u realise that time has flown when you go back and see your cousins who were little rascals and now tall teens!!! CRAZY


yah, i guess during uni, i just couldnt be bothered going back, also with the fact that i was a poor uni student!!! i dunno, to me, i felt bad to ask my parents to pay for me!!! so yah, i guess it worked out that i didnt feel the need to!!!

but since now with working life, im sure i'll be going back, esp. with the cheap tickets now! (EXCEPT i have to admit, although they were cheap, it want that great!:p)

anyway, much to say, in so little time.... so of course im just going to blab what i can thats in my head now!!!

sorry no photos at this current time, i just havent had much time and i will probably more than likely WILL get some up, just will take a while!!! :p

the trip was awesome!!! coz its bub and i's first overseas trip together! *yay* so it was something to look forward to and get pumped up for!

fooood food GLORIOUS fooood! how cheap and delicious and tasty it is over there! and in m'sia its even cheaper!!!!!!! my GAWD!

we didnt do ANY sightseeing, just shooppping!

but dont get me wrong, it wasnt shopping shopping, i mean it was, but when i say shopping, i mean that i didnt really buy as much stuff as i may have wanted, but thats because im picky and yeah, just not really what im looking for!

so we covered alot of places, but we didnt walk into each an every shop!!!

we were also for a hunt for bub's ps3! he's been hankering to get one since it ever existed, but i just held him back till this trip!!! hehehe, so it was a matter of going to all the places that we knew that sold them and comparing and going to m'sia and seeing how it was there and determining where to get it then.

also i was looking for a phone... and that was abt it, more techie stuff...

but yah, the whole family dinner thing for the wedding was good, bub was great! i mean i was worried, coz we werent on the same table :s argh, but yah, naaah, my uncle was talking to him the whole night, and after it, he gave his approval to me! hehehehee, said he was a decent guy!!! LOL, hehehee, secretly me thinking "i know, i dont need anyone to tell me! ;)"

basically our whole trip was 10 days, and we took a coach over to m'sia and stayed 3 nights!!! as in 7ish days in singapore (but technically 6! :p) yah!!! the hotel in m'sia was the parkroyal, which was central and nice and CHEAP!! we booked thru wotif and converted was like AU$100 a night! CHEAP!!! and we got breakfast in the morning which was a buffet one!!! SO MUCH VARIETY!!! IT WAS SOO COOOL! but then we had to hold off and not eat tooooo filling coz we also wanted to try all the other delish food in m'sia!!!

anyway the coach ride was like 5-6hrs!!! seems long, but wasnt tooo bad, and its WAY cheaper than flying! if u fly, the airport is like 45mins away from the city centre, and with the coach we took, it dropped us off in the city, so yah, it was good! :) all up was SG$70 each to coach return! cheeeaaap!

the ride there was better than the one coming back, we left at 7am on a double decker and we had reclining seats and a tv screen! it was very funky!!!!

m'sia was very different!!! like i've been to JB, but that was ages ago, and I've been to KL in 2002 for a stop over for my japan exchange, but i dont really remember much and yah.... so when we were in KL this time around, it was cool! i always thought its similar to singapore, but its not really!
