Hello Hello!

yes i know its been AGES!

one, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY PEOPLES!!!! i hope everyone has had a lil' lovin' today, coz its just a good excuse to say to your significant other how much you appreciate and adore them because they are your rock!!!!!! :) IF not, its ok, at least you dont have to waste your money on stuff! :p

two, have actually got some piccies! YAY! AND YES, i know, its been a while, i'd be surprised if anyone really checks this anymore, but yah, thanks for doing that, its appreciated.... kinda, well, i dont really know know, but yah, i DO want to blog, only problems are, one, i have no time and two, never enough interesting photos!

so...

i've kinda just edited photos of just food! coz i think some people shots are kinda.... well, i dunno, i dunno if random people around the world access my blog, i think i might have a setting, but my point is, i dunno... i guess i would, but then, most pics of me lately, i dont feel as satisfactory! :p and yah, havent taken that many!!!

before i go on and on and on abt my yummy foodo pics, i would like to ramble abt things...

omg... i just checked bom (bureau of meterology) and it was suppose to be like 37 today, but the max was like 30!!! why was it so freakin hot???
well, it was 60% humidity just before!!! ARGH, the humidity is what gets to ya... seriously... hard to believe, but dont quote me on that! i thought this morning was a bit killer, well, hot hot in the morning, prob coz of the humidity! :p

anyhoo... i completely my st. john first aid! i have actually done a two day course JUST last year, but seems like they want me to do the st john one! :p oh well, im not paying! its fine!

it was better today (the second day) rather than yesterday!

what else....
im going away for work next week :( why sad? coz its so crap that i find out so last minuteish! :p and im doing pilates!!! so i have to kinda.... move it and stuff! and its a beginners course, so that SUCKS!!!

but yah, i mean its expected that im away from work, but you know, its just notice!!! and its a 7 day trip :p then i get like 7 days off, and then off for a 10 day trip ring tail possum spot lighting down south! YAAAY! i'll be excited abt that!! yay!! :)

so yeah, bit exciting, annoyed and yeah something something :p

to the food!
this will be the most recent to the oldest!

actually, its not really that great, coz the most recent is like last jan, and then back to dec :p two missed months of yummo food! :p

ok, bub and i went to C restaurant to celebrate our 2 yr anniversary! YAY! i like going to C, not only coz of the food, and the beautiful view from the rotating floor, but coz its just so nice and peaceful and the service is great! and its just a great place to dress up and have some fun!





the entree i had was the C restaurant's famous gnocchi! and i have to admit, it was SOOOOOOO nice! BUT i dunno how someone could order that as a main! only coz its just a monotonous taste after a while! i mean the entree size was already ALOT for me, and its just as well that bub and i always share what we eat!!! but yah, it was YUMMO! i would recommend it!

usually theres a clown guy walking around the restaurant entertaining people! like hes not dressed up in colours, very normal looking, but does little tricks and talks to the customers! its bit scary, coz i never want to be part of that action! but he usually goes around to the larger tables! :) PHEW! but it is fun to watch him entertain other guests!

and theres live music! someone playing at the piano and singing! its always nice music!!! very romantic and enjoyable! always candle light and some lights here and there, but its mainly dim inside, so that the view outside can be viewed upon and enjoyed!

whats next... oh i really dont know! coz my memory is spotchy!

but yah, more food!

dad made a quick trip back to perth and we went to sirrocco at burswood to eat!



unfortunately, the plate fish, was a fish with bones! :p something my dad and bub didnt expect, but seemed ok since they ate it all! i suppose they didnt know whether or not it had bones!

i dont think this next one was very long ago, perhaps aus day?
anyway, we went to the new ipoh hofun place in myaree! theres one on canning highway in the applecross/ardross bit, and we've been there before, and its quite nice. so we ended up trying this one for lunch, its next to i think its a jap place which is next to a buffet place, and on the other side is another chinese restaurant and then its utopia on the end. anyway, the food was ok, we dont think it was AS tasty as the applecross one, but yah, perhaps different chef, and well, the price has gone up! i think it was like $9 something....
but yah, it does look good and when we went there were a few customers.... but yah, i dunno.... the setting is new and clean, but yah, just a tad bit pricey, considering there is competition for food next door, i think they could've made it cheaper!



next....

cant remember when, i know it was in the break we had, or maybe not! we headed to freo! for fish and chippies! we dont go anywhere else but sweet lips!!! its coz the quene isnt that long and the food is great! i think kalis is bit pricey, and well, i dunno, the quality isnt there, same with ciccerellos, and its just so visible its run by the teenies, i dunno, kinda puts me off! sweet lips is run by some teenies, but then, its a smaller business, so i have more confidence that they are doing a better job! dont ask... its probably psychological or something!



ahhh, the next one, i think it was around new years or something.... cant remember!!! one morning, we took a bike ride, around applecross and heath cove, we actually planned to go to that place on heath cove, blue water grill or something, except when we got there, we were too early and it was a buffet brekky, as in, i dont think they had alacarte! oh wells, so we found a cafe somewhere else, not sure what the place is called, but im sure its in applecross somewhere, we rode to it, not that far.... we've been there before, coz we had ordered some indian at "7 Spices" and its a nice small little shopping area, an IGA and liquor store there, few cafes and boutiques.... it was called sensations cafe, had very interesting stuff there, and the food was NICE! service was great and looked like a hotspot for some pro cyclists to have their caffeine dose! hehehe...



before xmas had settled in last year, we went to new bridges with ed's fam for dinner! food was delish! we'd gone there before, just the two of us, and so this time no disappointments! its an interesting place and the food and service are pretty good too!




last but not least, my xmas day turkey and roast veggies!
im proud of it, coz i didnt totally ruin it but cutting the netting that holds the whole thing together!! :S yes i know, tradgic, but it was only one end and i read the instructions wrongly, BUT to back that up, bub thought it was bit weird too, the instructions!!! doesnt matter!!! it tasted good and there was none to waste!!!
