hello peoples!!

here i am at ed's place... thought i would do a lil' blog, while some stuff is still fresh in my mind! :) ed's reading the paper, so me just checkin' my email :) all good :)

this evening, ed and i experimented with cooking! aww maaan, dunno if u guys know or not, im not exactly the best cook in the world, but i've never had any disasters... LOL, i make a killer 2min noodles!! HAAHAA... well, lets just say im quite an expert at the instant in a can or jar pre-mix stuff...aka pasta bakes, spaghetti, cookie mix, "cheats" like that... i can make some stuff.. like rice porridge!! LOL haahaa, easy stuff, naaah, i can do a soup noodle umm....

anyway!! cooking is cooking cooking, aka from "scratch", not an instant pre-mix in a box, can, jar and so on... so! what did we cook?? we pretty much decided on today what we were going to make! heehee, garlic prawns & squid, rice, potatoes and salad! heehee...

so went food shopping at garden city and saw jen jen there work at the body shop! :) haahaa, i had walked pass twice and walked in twice also, so it was on the fourth time i went in/pass by that she wasnt occupied with a customer!! lol... heehee, so happy to see jen jen :) and she mentioned to me that she had seen yen around! heehee, and what do u know~! i saw yen and her boy, quang! heehee... so that was cool to see two of my chickies!!! :) yaaaaay!!!

so then fast forward to the cooking, oh man, we didnt really know what to really do, more like try anything and see what happens! well, the results were GOOD! :) yaaay! edible, tasty, i'd give it... 7 out of 10, ed gives it a 8 out of 10, his reasons being coz we didnt really know what we were doing! LOL

so overall, 7.5/10!

heehee... yes yes... cooking adventures... its fun n crazy!!!

heehee, dessert was some port jelly made the night before! lol, we're actually quite stuffed... lol, but still a nice treat! also icecream! HAAHAA, ed has a stash of icecream in his freezer!!! oh maan, he's got callipos, paddle pops, red bean icecream, magnums & heavens!!! lol... ice cream is gooood.... i swear, ed is fattening me up!! lol, so if i look chubbier the next time u see me, u know why!!! lol... i took some pics of din din tonight, but u'll have to wait till i get home to chuck them up online coz i havent got my camera cable!!! lol....
