hello hello

wasnt feeling well today :( so i went home at lunch time from work... argh...
its the weather i tell ya.... it was warm and humid, although it was 24 max (according to the news) it felt a little bit warmer than that to me... my morning tea didnt stay down... was NOT a happy feeling...

argh...
since working fulltime hours... i've been so lazy at home... my room is still pretty messy.... all except maybe the floor, coz i made some kind of effort to make some space for me to walk around! lol....

OH, saw russell peters last night! FUN-NIII! LOL.... good stuff, except that it was at 9:30pm... shucks maaan, sooo freakin' tired... may have contributed to my sickness today ;p oh well, at least i leave if i feel sick... yah! it was a good show, i think if we got to go to the earliar sess, would have been better! but nvm... i thought he was funni..... he improvised alot, haahaa, some weirdo in the audience said "YES!" at the most inappropiate moment! LOL, he just worked on that...

haahaaa, apparently, russell peters shaves his balls! LOL... we'll it was part of his show, dont know if its true, but dodgey! LOL

saw adam and chia's friend jack, and also adam's friend mark. lots of asians, indians, mixed mixed! lol....

no, was good, but i really shouldnt go out when i have a 7:30am start :p life can be so unfair! esp. when my body cant do well unless it has at least 7hrs sleep! i envy people who can go with 5 or 4 hrs sleep... i just could never have that! my body just wont let me! like at high school or uni, i hear CRAZY stories of people working till the crack of dawn, the all-nighters. gosh... i never do all-nighters.... latest would be 1 or 2ish in the morning for me, else i get headaches... thats when my body's like NOPE, need to recharge battery...

and i dont rely on caffeine...eeeck...

shucks, xmas is 18 days away, add 7, 25days till new years.... YIKERS.... thats 2007... wowee.....

i havent even been to the beach yet! argh... summer.... sheesh.... apparently will be in the 30s next week for the temperature...a rgh, hope wont be too bad...

saw natalie today! she's got the karnal bunt job at work, which i like to hear... i hope it goes well for her, so far so good i suppose. they havent started yet, coz theres another lady next week joining them, but yeah, for now, its kinda boring, just reading stuff... karnal bunt is a fungal pathogen in wheat grains, spores and stuff, apparently, it smells like rotting fish, but thats only with a really bad infection. they have to go thru heaps and heaps of bags of grains to see if they can find any spores of this fungi... but yah, they will prob find other kinds of fungi, but they prob wont be any big deal, just the karnal bunt one is the one they dont want to find.

i was helping rearrange the labs yesterday and the day before, because they have to do it in the quarantine lab to make sure its not being spread or anything.

haahaa, chia, you'd know about it! Nuccia, the lady who's kinda the head of the team, she came in a few weeks ago to my office to ask if i was interested in the surveillance, i was like, naaaah thanks, i've got another job :D hehehe...

its an easy task, just that, if its summertime, and its freakin' hot, you get very uncomfortable, since u have to suit up in the special wear they have and the booties and spray everything with alcohol!
