havent been bloggin...
mainly coz when i did put in an entry, i dunno why but blogger #@^% on me... so i just couldnt be stuffed esp. when it was late at night!

back to what i was going to talk abt.

long weekend that has been and gone, was faaaaaaaaantastic! couldnt be better! esp. when u get to getaway down to dunsborough! who better than my bub! and even better when its all paid accomadation and some meals!!! i'd have to admit ed... it was all coz it was freee!!! haahaa... naaah, but its for u that i went ;) it was a work thing for ed, and partners were welcome so there u go! they did have meetings, so i did spend some time studying, but then i got to know one of the wives of ed's colleague. she was really nice, and i could relate alot to her coz she was from singapore!

anyway... on the second night we had dinner at this winery restaurant place, SWANK-KAAAAAAAAAY! omg... haahaaa, they must have spend cha-ching cha-ching, coz it was super nice (with a super price tag too). i took pics with ed's cam, but i havent got them atm, and i didnt take as many as i usual would have but then, i was enjoying myself more than taking pics! we also went on a wine tour too, which was.... interesting... ehehee, its only coz im not a wine fan, or at least a red wine one.... but yeah, everyone was super nice, dunno why i also get so scared, guess its just that i dunno what to expect!

OH saw two movies! X-men3 and Da vinci code, i swear im repeating myself... but then that last entry didnt publish... anyway, xmen3 was a disappointment, it was O-KAY, but had more potential. didnt really see much of that angel dude, and not even action, i thought it was too short, but then it was ok in a sense that i like these kinda movies... mutants with super powers! MUAHAHAHAAA.... yeah... just to spoil it for u out there, doh abt cyclops dying, pretty sure he died.... and whats with that jean gray character? they really know how to make her look scary and evil... sheesh, trust wolverine to be the "hero". MEh... still dun think hugh jackman cuts it... mainly coz he's not beefy enough, but thats only coz when i watched the cartoon on telly when i was a kid, i'd expect more.

anyway... da vinci code wasnt so bad! at least i dun reckon it was as bad as i heard abt it from everyone else! it was better than xmen, but then, umm... i dunno, tom hanks was ok, but they definitely could have chosen a more handsome actor... i didnt like that sophie chick, they could have chosen a prettier chick too... that silas dude, good actor except for the OBVIOUS contact lenses he was wearing... tsk tsk... i just kept spotting it.... puts me off.... good actor (once again) horaaa ho-raaa to that dude... whats his name? the dude that played magneto in xmen? that gandolf dude... cant remember his name... sir something something, he's great! haahaa, i like it.... but yeah... hmm.. da vinci code, its all fiction... i heard somewhere cant remember where from, that they were burning down churches in europe coz of the movie. but i DID hear that they banned the movie in some countries... makes me think, there are some really wacky people out there who dun know the difference between fiction and reality... geez, ITS A MOVIE, ITS MADE UP! and even leonardo da vinci, his paintings, its just a depiction of what he thought happened, it wasnt REAL! sheeeesh....

yeah, thats my little rant about movies, trying to be a movie critic... lol

i did have some random pics on my cam.... this was a week or two ago...

at work, a friend had got a bag of allens lollies....NO BANANAS!!! what the?
the banana dude is even on the packaging!!! WHY WHY WHY... lol
so i resorted to the milk bottles.... heehee, all mine.... i dun really like them, but then i was @ work and bored in between... heeeheee, all i needed was a bowling ball! hmm... bowling.... should arrange that sometime...hmm hmm

then i was looking at this pic going, WTF? i kinda remember but not.... its a pumpkin like cup mug thing.... haahaa... u know a pumpkim is like in sections? kinda shape? argh, just look

then i remembered it was when i went to lunch with adam to makan2... heehee, i cant remember what that drink is called...the tea thingy with milk served cold... teh teh something... argh, someone help me here!

it was nice and sweet, just HEAPS of ice, thats how they make their dough i suppose. adam and i had a buffet lunch! i think it was like $12.50 or something, it was not that bad, heehee, we were sitting on comfy lounges chatting and complaining about life... heehee, then the power went off, and some asians in the restaurant were complaining and saying that the other side of the road had power yet this side didnt.... typical asians... complain complain... LOL....

then i think it was.... wednesday.... coz it was my last day from work before my study break now... after work, i went to meet up with ed, and i was outside his work, or at least the place he is currently working @ for another company.... its like next to the hyatt... and i was sitting on the bench coz i was early... chilly chilly weather... but what i liked abt this shot was the lights... that it was evening, abt 5 something, and with cloudy skies, the orangey lights look interesting with the green trees...

then i had to take another angle...something to make it more something rather than, this-is-what-im-looking-at

then it was just a typical outlook shot, gloomy-ness with leaves and cars going home and just coldness in the shot

yeah.... winter is def. here... dun understand how people can still club....

final pics.... from this week @ uni... with chia on tues... coz we had to exchange notes for comparative animal physiology.... ended up chatting, and then we had to pee... lol, point is, we didnt go to the ones that were near main cafe coz they PONGED! seriously... so we walked to the vice chancellor building, and i've been to these loos before coz i was curious one time...so clean, yes! except it was only one toilet, designed for ppl in wheelchairs... so while i was waiting for chia, there was weird arty stuff there... which i couldnt resist talking pics of.... this first thing, reminded me of my sisters friend mindy.... i was thinking, hmmm.... i wonder if this material is flammable... apparently, coz chia was reading the thingy that was with it, it had magnets on the circle bits and can be made into a blanket... right....
